■カギ穴があるのに、カギが付属していません。

ダイヤル式ロックの場合、カギは付属しません。

カギ穴は、TSA対応機関（空港等）において検査員が検査をする際に使用されるものです。

 

■ダイヤル式ロックの暗証番号を忘れてしまった。

お手数ですが、0-0-0 から 9-9-9 まで解除可否のご確認をお願い致します。

それでも解除できない場合は、下記 修理窓口 よりお申込み下さい。※有償でのご対応となります。
